Yes, all assessments are fee-based. Please consult the fee structure.
Do you have a sliding fee scale available for your services?
We only have a sliding fee scale for our trauma recovery group program (known as Men & Healing, Phase I & Phase II). Men who are full-time students or on social benefits or disability supports in these programs can pay a reduced rate. Please request information in the Enroll Online form.
PARKING
Do you offer free parking?
There is free, two-hour parking behind our building on 1300 Carling Avenue. You will need to take a ticket from the parking machine and place it on your dashboard.
INSURANCE
Are your services covered by my extended healthcare insurance?
Our services are covered by most extended healthcare insurance plans. However, we urge you to check with your insurance provider to ensure this is the case. You may also want to confirm the limit for psychotherapy services at that time.
Our services are provided by registered social workers and psychotherapists who are supervised by our registered psychologist.
Please note that we do not directly bill your insurance company. Rather, after each session or group program session, you will be provided with an insurance receipt to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions.
Can I complete my insurance forms before I access your services?
Unfortunately, insurance receipts can only be provided after our services are delivered and payment is received.
MISSING A SESSION
What if I can’t make it to a session?
We require 48-hour cancellation notice for all appointments.
If I miss a session, do I need to pay?
Unless agreed upon with your therapist, the full fee will be charged for missed appointments with less than 48-hours notice. Insurance companies do not cover these fees.
